Pursuant to Chapter 29 of Title 55 of the Code of Virginia (Property Owners' Association Act), the Board of Directors of Golf Course View Cluster Association has established the following procedure for homeowners to use in the event that they believe that any action, inaction or decision taken/made by the Board violates their rights under the Cluster Bylaws or any applicable state laws or regulations.
